Agra News: The Urs organized at the Taj Mahal has been organized every year. The Urs of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan is held every year at the Taj Mahal, in which many types of programs are held. The Urs of Mughal emperor Shah Jahan is a three-day event, on the last day of which the world's largest chaadar is offered. Before the Urs of the Taj Mahal begins, the Hindu organization has announced a protest. The Hindu organization says that we have filed a case in the Agra court regarding the Urs. 

In fact, on Friday, under the banner of the Hindu organization Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, the officials protested at the office of the Department of Archeology. During this, the officials of the Hindu organization raised slogans fiercely, the Hindus reached the office of the Department of Archeology with flags in their hands and started raising slogans. The spokesperson of the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha said that Urs is to be organized at the Taj Mahal, which is organized by the department, then why is the Shahjahan Celebration Urs Committee playing the role of Abdullah Deewana in Begani Shaadi.

Hinduist organization sought information through RTI 
We had filed a case in the Agra court on 4 February 2024 and sought information through RTI, in response the Department of Archeology said that the Urs is organized by the department, then why does the Urs Committee call it its own. These Urs Committees take donations in the name of Urs. When the program is organized by the department, then why is the donation taken and with whose money is this huge sheet made? We want to ask the Department of Archeology that why is the Urs Committee playing the role of Abdullah Diwana in someone else's wedding. 

Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha spokesperson Sanjay Jat said that we have filed a case regarding Urs in Agra court and had also sought a reply through RTI. Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha will continue to fight for the respect of Taj Mahal. This is Tejo Mahalaya and we will oppose Urs on Tejo. This is the 370th Urs to be held on Taj Mahal and is to be held on 26, 27 and 28, for which preparations are being made by Shahjahan Celebration Urs Committee, while Hindu organizations are against Urs.
