Gooseberry and Ginger Chutney

Cholesterol can be reduced with sour and spicy chutney. To make this chutney, mix amla, green chillies, juice of half lemon, black salt. Add black pepper and salt to it. Mix all the things together and grind. Eating this chutney provides plenty of anti-oxidants in the body. It keeps the bad cholesterol found in the body under control. 

Avocado chutney 

Avocado chutney contains fatty acids in abundance. It is very good for heart health. Avocado chutney is very good for health. It is also very good in taste. To make avocado chutney, put it in a blender. Add green chillies, salt, lemon juice, black pepper to it. This chutney can be eaten with roti and bread and vegetables. 

 

Spinach chutney: You can also make chutney of spinach leaves. This controls the level of high cholesterol in the blood. Onion- Make chutney by mixing garlic and onion. This also clears the stomach. 

Fenugreek chutney: Fenugreek leaves chutney should be eaten in winters. It is full of taste. It is very beneficial for health. It helps in reducing high cholesterol level in the body. 

 

Bathua Chutney: To control high cholesterol, one should eat green vegetables. Eating this chutney helps in controlling bad cholesterol. Bathua chutney should definitely be eaten in the afternoon.
