Anant Chaturdashi auspicious time (Anant Chaturdashi Shubh Muhurat)

According to the Panchang, the Chaturdashi date of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month is starting on September 16, 2024 at 03:10 pm. At the same time, this date will end on September 17 at 11:44 am. In such a situation, Anant Chaturdashi will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 17. The auspicious time for Ganesh Visarjan is as follows-

Morning auspicious time - from 09:11 am to 01:47 pm.

Afternoon Muhurta - from 03:19 pm to 04:51 pm.

Evening time - from 07:51 pm to 09:19 am.

Night Muhurta - From 10:47 pm to 03:11 pm on 18th September.

 

Rules for Ganesh Visarjan

  • While taking Ganpati for immersion, keep one thing in mind that his face should be towards the house. It is believed that Ganesh ji gets angry if you keep your back towards the house.
  • Before Ganesh Visarjan, pray to Ganpati Bappa for increasing happiness and prosperity in life and ask for forgiveness from him for the mistakes committed knowingly or unknowingly.
  • Before immersion, Aarti of the Lord should be performed and favourite things should be offered.
  • Ganpati Bappa should be bid farewell in the auspicious time.
  • The things offered during the puja should be immersed along with the Lord.
  • One should pray to Lord Ganesha to come next year.
