A case has been registered in Lucknow against the woman who named a BJP candidate from Gorakhpur and film star Ravi Kishan as the father of her daughter. On the complaint of Ravi Kishan's wife Preeti Shukla, an FIR has been registered in Hazratganj police station against six people including the woman Aparna Soni alias Aparna Thakur, her daughter, son, and husband as well as Samajwadi Party leader Vivek Pandey.

The woman alleged

Last Monday, in a press conference in Lucknow, Mumbai resident Aparna Soni alias Aparna Thakur alleged that her 25-year-old daughter Salshinova Soni is the daughter of BJP MP and actor Ravi Kishan. Ravi Kishan is not giving his daughter her rights. Amidst the election atmosphere, this allegation against BJP candidate Ravi Kishan from Gorakhpur created an uproar. 

Ravi Kishan's wife filed FIR

But now Ravi Kishan's wife Preeti Shukla has arrested Aparna Soni alias Aparna Thakur, her husband Rajesh Soni, daughter Salshinova Soni, son Saunak Soni along with Samajwadi Party leader Vivek Kumar Pandey and a YouTube channel journalist Khurshid Khan at Hazratganj Kotwali in Lucknow. FIR has been lodged against Raju. This FIR has been registered under sections 120b/ 195/ 386/ 388/ 504 and 506 of IPC. 

In the FIR lodged by Ravi Kishan's wife Preeti Shukla, it was alleged that Mumbai resident Aparna Soni alias Aparna Thakur threatened her with the underworld and said that if you do not listen to us, then keep in mind that your husband will rape me. I will get you implicated in a false case of doing so. In the FIR lodged, it was alleged that Aparna Thakur also demanded extortion of Rs 20 crore from Preeti Shukla, a complaint was also made in Mumbai. Despite this, the woman came to Lucknow on April 15 and held a press conference making fabricated allegations.

It is written in the FIR lodged that Aparna Thakur has been a married woman for 35 years. Her husband Rajesh Soni is 58 years old. Daughter Salashinova Soni is 27 years old and they have a 25-year-old son Sonik Soni. The entire family is involved in this conspiracy, which also includes Vivek Kumar Pandey, associated with the Samajwadi Party, and Khurshid Khan Raju, a journalist on a YouTube channel. In the FIR lodged by Ravi Kishan's wife Preeti Shukla, it was feared that all this had been done to influence the elections by defaming her and her husband Ravi Kishan, and tarnishing their image and that these people would not commit any criminal incident. The woman denied the allegations

When India Today/Aaj Tak spoke to Aparna Thakur, who has been made an accused in this case, on the phone, she said that she got information about the FIR and she is talking to her lawyer regarding it. Aparna Thakur, while speaking to India Today/Aaj Tak over the phone on the allegations made in the FIR, said that she had sent a legal notice to Ravi Kishan through her lawyer from Mumbai about 10 months ago, to which the reply has not been received till date.

'In this notice, a demand of Rs 20 crore was made for the daughter's education, marriage, and future. But it was for the rights of the daughter, there was no blackmailing. We waited for 10 months for a response from them but no response came. I have nothing to do with the underworld, they may definitely be there, because these people are in power, they are in power. I and my daughter are being harassed. 

It was written in the FIR by Ravi Kishan's wife that she had also complained about this to the Mumbai Police. In this regard, Aparna Thakur said that ttodate neither has she received any notice from Mumbai Police, nor has any inquiry been made nor is there any information about her. Aparna Thakur further said that her son has also been named in the FIR, who has not been in India for the last 4 years and her husband has been living in Urgam Valley Badrinath for 18 years, she has nothing to do with him, he has also been named. Has gone. My lawyer who is fighting my case has also been made an accused. 

In this case, to know the side of the plaintiff Sue and Ravi Kishan's wife Preeti Shukla, when the number given in the FIR was contacted, the number was declared invalid, due to which contact could not be made. It remains to be seen what turn the matter takes in the future.
