The company has given a dividend of Rs 15 per share. The company said that 30 October is the record date. This clearly means that the dividend money will be transferred to the bank account of the person who has shares in his account till 30 October.
CRISIL announced dividend along with quarterly results. Both the profit and income of the company have increased. On an annual basis, the profit has increased from Rs 152 crore to Rs 172 crore in the July-September quarter of the financial year 2024-25 as compared to the July-September quarter of the financial year 2023-24.
On an annual basis, the revenue has increased from Rs 736 crore to Rs 812 crore in the July-September quarter of the financial year 2024-25 as compared to the July-September quarter of the financial year 2023-24.
The company's share has increased by 6 percent in a week, 25 percent in a year and 60 percent in three years.
