New Delhi. Summer has made everyone's life miserable. Be it humans or animals, everyone is just waiting for this heat to subside.  This heat has not only taken away the comfort of the day, but also the sleep of the night. No one knows when we will get this relief.

While the beginning of summer season gives a feeling of relief from the cold, as the months of May-June arrive, it becomes so torturous that it becomes unbearable. But while some people are easily tolerating such extreme heat, some people are creating a great uproar. Such people can be easily seen in the neighborhood and office. It is not right to blame global warming completely for this, rather some of your habits also contribute to it.

Dr. S.A. Rehman, General Physician, Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences, has explained the reasons why some people feel more heat. Know in detail here..

• People who eat food made with more oil and spices feel more hot and sweat more, because these increase the temperature of our body. Apart from this, the consumption of too much caffeine-rich substances also plays an important role in this.

Stress has become a common thing among working people these days, but do you know that taking stress also increases our body temperature, due to which some people feel more hot because in such a situation our blood circulation autonomic nervous system becomes active.

Doing too much physical work also increases the heat in the body. Moreover, when you drink less water, the body also starts getting dehydrated . Due to lack of liquid in the body, body inflammation occurs, due to which our body's ability to maintain temperature decreases and due to this we feel more heat.

• Some people's bodies are heat sensitive, which is in the family genes, due to which they feel more heat. Not only this, sitting in AC continuously is also a big reason. As soon as we come out of AC, our body is unable to bear the instant heat and we feel a different kind of heat.

Keep your body cool like this

  • To protect the body in summer, one should eat green vegetables .
  • Drink adequate water to keep the body hydrated.
  • Avoid going out between 10 am and 4 pm.
  • Wear as light clothes as possible.
  • Always use an umbrella or sunglasses when going out.
