New Delhi: Bollywood actor Govinda was shot in the leg on the morning of October 1. His licensed revolver misfired after which he was admitted to the hospital. Now the actor has been discharged from the hospital after three days.
After coming out, the actor thanked everyone with folded hands. He thanked the people who performed puja and prayed for him. Govinda said that I am safe because of the grace and blessings of all of you.
The happiness of coming out was clearly visible on Govinda's face. Actor and Shiv Sena leader Govinda said, "I thank everyone for their prayers, duas... I especially thank my fans for praying so much for me. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their love."
How did the accident happen?
Govinda was cleaning his licensed revolver at 5 am on Tuesday. When Govinda was keeping his revolver in the cupboard, it suddenly slipped from his hand and fell down. The revolver misfired and Govinda got shot in the leg. Govinda's wife was not present at home at that time. He was immediately admitted to a hospital in Mumbai. His manager informed that Govinda was shot.
