PM Modi message to China After the NDA getting majority in the Lok Sabha elections, today Narendra Modi is going to take oath as PM for the third consecutive time. Many foreign guests are going to attend Modi's swearing-in ceremony, including Maldives President Mohammad Moizzu. 

Meanwhile, before Modi takes oath for his third term, China has sent him a congratulatory message. In response to the Dragon's congratulations, the Indian Foreign Ministry has also sent it a special message.

India taught the lesson of peace

After China's congratulatory message, the Foreign Ministry has taught it a lesson about peace on the LAC. Reminding it of the violent incidents on the border, India said that both the countries will have to continue their efforts for mutual respect, sentiment and mutual interest.

relations need to be normalised

This comment by Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal came in the wake of the clash between Chinese and Indian soldiers in eastern Ladakh. After which there was a lot of controversy between the two countries. However, several meetings were held to improve relations, but no solution could be found.

Jaiswas posted on Twitter, "Thank you Chinese Foreign Ministry for congratulating PM Modi on his victory. India-China will continue their efforts to normalise relations based on mutual respect, sentiment and mutual benefit as always."
