US President Donald Trump has announced discounted reciprocal tariff. Trump has announced concessional tax on goods imported from other countries including India and China. Along with this, tariff ranging from 30 to 45 percent has also been imposed on many Asian countries.
America has also given a shock to India. America will levy 26 percent tariff on India. At the same time, it has announced to impose 34 percent duty on goods imported from China. Announcing the retaliatory taxes, Trump said that our country has been looted by other countries.
Such tariffs were imposed on these countries
A 49 percent tariff has been imposed on goods imported from Cambodia. The Trump administration has also decided to impose a 46% tariff on goods imported from Vietnam, which is one of the highest rates. A 31% tariff will be imposed on Switzerland, 32% on Taiwan and 20% on the European Union. Trump has given some relief to the United Kingdom. A 10 percent tariff has been imposed on imports from the United Kingdom.

Tariffs were also imposed on automobiles
Trump has imposed a 25 percent tariff on automobiles that will go into effect on April 3, while tariffs on auto parts will go into effect on May 3. "For over 50 years, the American taxpayers have been robbed. But not anymore," Trump said. The president has promised the taxes will bring factory jobs back to the US, but his policies threaten to trigger a sudden economic downturn as consumers and businesses face steep price hikes on autos, clothing and other goods.
