Aligarh: A big fraud has been exposed in the land of Nizamatpur Borna adjacent to the city, which is included in the expansion of Dhanipur Airport. The investigation by the tehsil administration has revealed that fake entries of eight people were made in the Khatauni of 11.76 hectares (147 bighas) of land here. All these people are residents of urban areas, but their allotment has been shown in the village. The tehsil office does not even have the file related to this allotment.
The Tehsildar had inspected.
In such a situation, there is a suspicion that the names of the allottees have been entered in the Khatauni through fraudulent activities. Now the tehsil has sent a recommendation report to the DM to cancel the fake entries. According to the circle rate, the price of this land is more than 10 crores. Many houses and shops have been built on a large area of this land. Recently, Tehsildar Kol had inspected the land marked for airport expansion.
In this, he had doubts about some agricultural allotments of Nizamatpur Borna. In such a situation, he ordered a detailed investigation in the matter. The Lekhpal, Kanungo and Naib Tehsildar investigated the entire matter. It came to light that the names of eight people are registered in the Khatauni of 11.74 hectares of land of five different Gatas.
The fraud is coming to light.
This includes Saroj Devi and her son, Bhimsain, Vishnu Gopal, Omvati, Ramkishore, Surendra Pal, Shanti Devi and Bankelal. Their entry has been registered as an agricultural allotment, but there is no file of this allotment in the tehsil office. Apart from this, the people registered in the Khatauni are not even residents of the village. They live in the urban area. In such a situation, their allotment and entry seems suspicious. The investigating officers submitted its report to the Tehsildar.
The Tehsildar has now considered all these entries as suspicious and sent a recommendation report for cancellation to the SDM. The SDM has sent it to the district level with a detailed report. The final decision to cancel the entries will be taken at the district level. Tehsildar Avnish Kumar said that the case investigation report has been sent to the higher officials.
275 hectares of land have been marked
The central government is developing the country's largest airport in Jewar. The nearest district to this is Aligarh. Keeping in view the future prospects, the Dhanipur Airport built in an area of 150 hectares is also being expanded. For this, it has been decided to purchase 275 hectares of land from the nearby Panaithi, Alhaddapur, Ikri, Khangarhi and Nizamatpur Borna areas.
The cost of the land is 10 crores.
According to the registry office, the circle rate of land in Nizamatpur Borna is Rs 95 lakh per hectare. In such a situation, the price of this 11.74 hectare land is more than Rs 10 crore. The administration is acquiring land for the expansion of the airport at four times the circle rate. According to this, the price of this land is more than 40 crores.
