Who is the real killer in Akshay Kumar's comedy Killer Housefull, what is the difference between Housefull 5A and Housefull 5B?

A total of 17 actors and actresses appeared in the film along with Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan and Ritesh Deshmukh. This is the fifth installment of the Housefull franchise.

Giving a murder mystery twist to the comedy franchise, Housefull 5 had two versions - A and B - released in theatres. Now the question in people's mind is what is the difference between Housefull 5A and Housefull 5B and why was there a need to release them separately. Let us tell you today.

What is the story of the film?

Housefull 5 is the story of a billionaire businessman Ranjit Dobriyal (Ranjit) whose 100th birthday is to be celebrated on a luxury ship, but he dies before the celebrations begin. It is also revealed that before dying he has left all his property to his first wife's son Jolly, who is going to attend the party. Fardeen Khan is shown as the son of Ranjit's second wife.

Creating confusion is the real job of the film

In such a situation, everyone is waiting for Jolly, but on that day, not one but three Jollys arrive on the cruise. Jalabuddin alias Jolly (Riteish Deshmukh), Jalbhushan alias Jolly (Abhishek Bachchan) and Julius alias Jolly (Akshay Kumar) reach the cruise to prove themselves to be the real Jolly. Fardeen asks the doctor to do a DNA test of all three so that it can be found out who is the real Jolly? However, before this, he is murdered. This is where all the drama begins. The Housefull franchise is anyway known for comedy and confusion arising from the mix of characters.

Who is the real Jolly?

Baba (Jackie Shroff) and Bhidu (Sanjay Dutt) arrive to solve this murder. Baba and Bhidu find many evidences against Dev after which he is put behind bars. Yet another murder takes place on the ship. After this, Dhaagdu (Nana Patekar) enters Interpol. The search for the killer is still on, Dhaagdu claims to announce the name the next morning. Meanwhile, the killer also tries to kill Dhaagdu but his secret is revealed. It is revealed that Dev had planned the entire murder along with Jalbhushan. Finally, the real Jolly aka Jalal Dobriyal (Bobby Deol) arrives and refuses to take the money saying that divide it among themselves.

In the second part i.e. 5B, Maya i.e. Chitrangada Singh goes to kill Dhagdu. While the other murderer is Abhishek Bachchan.
