Jhulan spoke on the release date of Chakda Express
Chakda Express is a biopic of former cricketer Jhulan Goswami. In a conversation with Hindustan Times, she said, "I don't know any such news and everyone is calling me." Not only this, Jhulan also said that she does not want to talk about this.
Why was Chakda Express postponed?
Anushka Sharma had completed the shooting of Chakda Express in December 2022 itself. According to The Hollywood Reporter, some VFX shoots related to the film were yet to be done. It was believed that the film would be released on the OTT platform Netflix by 2023. However, before the release, the makers got a big shock when Netflix and Clean Slate Films parted ways, due to which the release date was affected. There are rumors that lack of budget is also the reason for the film being delayed. Well, no official information has been revealed about this yet.
