Government working to make the Deepotsav at Bharadwaj Ashram and Shringverpur Dham grand and spectacular; Keshav Maurya reviews the preparations

The Deputy Chief Minister directed officials to make advance preparations for all necessary arrangements at both event venues, keeping in mind the expected number of devotees. He emphasized ensuring the availability of essential amenities—including cleanliness, lighting, drinking water, sanitation facilities, restrooms, signage, entry and exit routes, and other basic infrastructure—at and around the event sites. Special attention should be paid to the condition of access routes, traffic management, and parking arrangements to ensure that devotees face no difficulties in reaching the venues.
Stressing the need for an effective security framework, he instructed the concerned officials to work in close coordination. Arrangements must be in place for crowd management, traffic control, emergency response, and the availability of medical assistance as required. The administrative setup during the event should ensure that devotees can participate in the 'Deepotsav' in a peaceful, safe, and comfortable environment. Mr. Maurya further directed that all departments involved in the events must fulfill their respective responsibilities in a timely manner. There should be no shortcomings in any critical arrangements, and all necessary resources must be secured well in advance. He underscored the importance of conducting regular reviews of the preparations and ensuring that all tasks related to the event are carried out with a focus on quality, promptness, and accountability.
