Rs 59,000 Crore Supplementary Budget and Blocked Welfare Discussions

The Chief Minister highlighted that the government had arrived at the assembly fully prepared with a massive supplementary budget exceeding Rs 59,000 crore, designed specifically to fund comprehensive welfare schemes. Financial allocations were meticulously structured to launch new initiatives focused on youth skill development and employment generation, enhanced agricultural support for farmers, social security programs for the poor, and targeted measures to boost the dignity and self-reliance of women. However, due to continuous disturbances, crucial debates that could have unlocked these expansive benefits for the public were deliberately derailed.

Yogi Adityanath Accuses Samajwadi Party of Anti-People Politics

Taking a direct dig at the Samajwadi Party, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath accused the party of harboring a deeply negative, anti-development mindset. He asserted that instead of allowing constructive dialogue on women's safety, farmer empowerment, and youth opportunities, the opposition chose to disrupt parliamentary proceedings through disruptive tactics. Branding their conduct as entirely unconstitutional and anti-poor, the Chief Minister reiterated that the double-engine government remains resolute in its mission to drive transparent, inclusive growth across Uttar Pradesh despite persistent political obstruction.
