New Delhi: Zomato is an online food delivery platform that is liked by thousands of people. The company has recently introduced a new Book Now Sell Anytime feature on its ticketing platform. With the help of this feature, users get the facility to resell their purchased tickets directly through the Zomato app.

This feature will be launched on the Zomato app on September 30 from the Zomato Feeding India Concert (ZFIC). The feature has been announced by the company's CEO Deepinder Goyal through his social media platform. Let's know about it in detail.

What is the Book Now Sell Anytime feature?

With the Book Now Sell Anytime feature, the company aims to provide people with the ease of booking tickets and selling them when not required.

Explaining this, the company said that there are a lot of unknowns when booking tickets in advance: what if I'm out of the country? What if my friends can't make it? What if I forgot about the wedding I was supposed to attend? We want to make it as easy as possible to book tickets for any event, without having to worry about anything else. That's why we built our own 'Book Now Sell Anytime' feature - the first Indian ticketing platform to offer this feature.

How does the new feature work?

Now the question arises how this feature works. With its help, customers can buy tickets for their favorite event as soon as it goes live on the Zomato app.

If for some reason they are unable to use it or there is some change in their plan, then they can sell their ticket on the Zomato app.

Apart from this, you can also list your ticket for sale at the same price or at a lower or higher price. Please note that this price can be a maximum of 2 times.

As soon as someone buys your ticket, the ticket you have is cancelled and a new ticket is issued to the person who bought the ticket.

The full ticket price is transferred to you via your preferred payment method.

Customers can purchase up to 10 tickets in each category, which can be listed for sale.
