Samsung has to pay heavily for criticizing Apple

With which he wrote that "Oh the same old design" Samsung US replied to this.
Samsung replied to the user and wrote, "You said it, we didn't." Everything was correct till here. But the user replied to this and said, yes, like your phones. That is, this user targeted Samsung for its similar design.
Why does trolling happen?
