According to the Hindu calendar, Saptami Tithi will begin on August 29 at 08:21 pm. Whereas, it will end on August 30 at 10:46 pm. In such a situation, Santan Saptami fast will be observed on August 30. The auspicious time for worship on this day will be from 11:05 am to 12:47 pm.

Method of worship on Santan Saptami (Santan Saptami 2025 Puja Vidhi)

Get up early in the morning and take a bath
Take a pledge to fast in front of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati.
Spread a red cloth on a stand and place the idol of the Shiva family on it.
Fill a pot with water and place coconut and mango leaves on it.
Light a lamp of desi ghee and offer flowers, rice, betel leaves, betel nuts etc.
Offer clothes to Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati.
Offer Puri and Kheer as Bhog Prasad.
The fasting person should recite the Santan Saptami Vrat Katha and then complete the puja with Aarti.
Apologize for mistakes made during the puja and seek blessings from elders
Break the fast the next day with Prasad.
