Pashupati Paras had taken the stand of the grand alliance

Pashupati Paras's party, the RLJP, has broken ties with the NDA. After disagreements with Chirag Paswan during the Lok Sabha elections, Pashupati Kumar Paras joined the Grand Alliance. There was talk that the RLJP would field its own candidate as part of the Grand Alliance in the assembly elections, but things fell through, leading Pashupati Paras to decide to contest the elections alone.
