What to offer to Shivling
- There is a special significance of worshipping Shivling on the auspicious date of Pradosh Vrat . On this day, during the worship, offer water and ghee on Shivling (Shivling Par Kya Chadhana Chahiye). During this, pray to the Lord for happiness and peace in life. According to religious belief, by doing this remedy, Mahadev is pleased and his blessings remain on the devotee.
- To bring happiness in your life, offer milk, curd, honey and Belpatra on Shivling on the day of Pradosh Vrat. It is believed that anointing Shivling with these things increases business and pending work gets completed. Also, all wishes get fulfilled.
Do not offer these things even by mistake
- Rules should be followed while worshipping Shivling. For your information, let us tell you that it is forbidden to offer Tulsi leaves, turmeric and vermillion on Shivling even by mistake. It is believed that anointing Shivling with these things can cause many problems in life.
Pradosh Vrat 2025 Date and Shubh Muhurat (Pradosh Vrat 2025 Date and Shubh Muhurat)
According to the Vedic calendar, the Trayodashi Tithi of Krishna Paksha of Vaishakh month will start on 25th April at 11:44 am. Whereas, this Tithi will end on 26th April at 08:27 am. Thus, Pradosh Vrat will be observed on 25th April. The time to worship Mahadev is from 06:33 pm to 09:03 pm.
Brahma Muhurta - from 04:19 am to 05:02 am
Twilight time - from 06:52 pm to 07:13 pm
Nishita Muhurta - from 11:57 pm to 12:40 pm
Abhijeet Muhurat - from 11:53 am to 12:45 pm
