News Topical, Digital Desk : The Greater Noida Police have taken action in connection with the death of software engineer Yuvraj in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and arrested two more builders. Police have filed a case against five builders in this matter. Wish Town builder Abhay Kumar has already been arrested and sent to jail. Now, Lotus Green builders Ravi Bansal and Sachin Karnwal have been arrested.

The Knowledge Park police station carried out this arrest. Three arrests have been made so far in this case. Officials stated that no one will be spared. The remaining accused will also be arrested soon. However, it is surprising that no action has been taken against any police or fire personnel or officers present at the scene, which has raised many questions.

Case filed against five builders

Knowledge Park police registered a case under the Environment Protection Act, the Water Pollution and Prevention Act, and sections 290, 270, and 125 of the IPC. The case was filed against Abhay Kumar, Sanjay Kumar, Manish Kumar, Achal Vohra, and Nirmal Kumar. Following Abhay's arrest, police arrested Ravi and Sachin today. The police action has created panic among builders.

Software engineer died

It should be noted that on the night of January 16th, software engineer Yuvraj died after falling into an open water-filled pit at a construction site in Sector 150, Noida. He stood in his car, pleading for help. He remained alive for approximately two hours before drowning. This case exposed the blatant negligence of the local police and administration, leading to the removal of the Noida CEO . Local citizens also expressed outrage over the actions taken.
