Salman Khan's reality show Bigg Boss Season 19 concluded last night, and Gaurav Khanna became the winner. Earlier, Salman had officially announced his upcoming movie Kick 2 on the Bigg Boss stage. In fact, while teasing Praneet More, one of the top 5 finalists of Bigg Boss 19, Salman said, “I am currently shooting for Kick 2. I will include you in that, and then you will know how we work together.”
In the midst of this conversation, Salman Khan has seemingly confirmed Kick 2. This means that after a long wait of 12 years, you'll finally get a glimpse of the Devil in theaters. It's worth noting that Kick, released in 2014, was a commercial success at the box office. According to a Bollywood Hungama report, Salman's Kick earned a whopping ₹ 231.85 crore at the domestic box office, while the movie's worldwide earnings were ₹388.7 crore . Consequently, high expectations are high for Kick 2, which will also be a box office smash in the coming years.
When will Kick 2 release?
Following the announcement of Kick 2, everyone is eagerly anticipating its release. It's worth noting that Salman Khan's Kick 2 is expected to release theatrically only after director Apoorva Lakhia's Battle of Galwan. Its tentative release date is Eid 2027.
