
News Topical, Digital Desk : Upcoming IPOs: The IPO market is going to be bustling in the week starting from 23 June because during this time not one or two but 12 companies are going to enter the IPO market. Their target is to raise Rs 15,800 crore. Out of these, 5 IPOs will open in the mainboard segment and 7 IPOs will be launched in the SME segment.
Among these, discussions are in full swing about HBD Financial Services, which is going to launch the biggest IPO of the year. The company aims to raise Rs 12,500 crore through this issue. Along with this, companies like Globe Civil Projects, Allenberry Industrial Gases, Kalpataru and Sambhav Steel Tubes are also entering the market with their public issues.
HBD Financial Services
Investors will be able to bid for the IPO of HBD Financial Services till June 27. The price band has been fixed at Rs 700 to Rs 740 per share with a minimum lot of 20 shares. This is a mixed issue, in which fresh equity of Rs 2,500 crore (3.38 crore shares) will be raised and shares worth Rs 10,000 crore (13.51 crore shares) will be sold under the Offer-for-Sale (OFS) window.
Kalpataru IPO
The IPO of Mumbai based real estate company Kalpataru Limited is being launched on 24th June. Through this, the company aims to raise Rs 1,590 crore. This is a fresh issue of 3.84 crore equity shares. The price band for the IPO has been kept at Rs 387-414.
Sambhv Steel Tubes IPO
Sambhav Steel Tubes' IPO is being launched on June 25. This issue will close on June 27. The price band for this has been fixed at Rs 77-82. Through this IPO, the company wants to raise Rs 540 crore. In this, shares worth Rs 5.37 crore will be issued through fresh issue and 1.22 crore shares will be sold under Offer-for-Sale (OFS). The lot size of the IPO is 182 shares. For this, retail investors will have to invest at least Rs 14,924.
Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases IPO
The IPO of Allenberry Industrial Gases is opening on June 24. The issue will close on June 26. The company wants to raise Rs 852.53 crore through this IPO. The price band for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 380 to Rs 400 per share. In this, 11.3 million shares will be issued through OFS along with a fresh issue of Rs 400 crore.
Globe Civil Projects IPO
The IPO of Globe Civil Projects will open on June 24 and close on June 26. The price band per share for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 67-71. The company plans to raise Rs 119 crore through this IPO. The lot size for this IPO is 211 shares. For this, retail investors will have to invest Rs 14,981 as per the upper price band.
IPOs opening in SME segment
Seven new IPOs will be launched in the SME segment between 24-27 June. These include companies like AJC Jewel Manufacturers, Abram Food, Icon Facilitators, Shri Hare-Krishna Sponge Iron, Suntech Infra Solutions, Ace Alpha Tech and ProFX Tech. Along with this, a total of 8 companies are to be listed next week, which will include 1 company from the mainboard segment, Arisinfra Solutions, as well as 7 SME companies.
