CM Yogi Attacks Rahul Gandhi, Akhilesh Yadav Over Education & UP Growth In Sant Kabir Nagar
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a sharp political attack on opposition leaders Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav during a public address in Sant Kabir Nagar. Speaking at an event organized to unveil major infrastructure initiatives, the Chief Minister criticized previous Congress and Samajwadi Party administrations for keeping Uttar Pradesh in a state of underdevelopment while questioning the opposition's understanding of economic and skill development policies.
Heavy Infrastructure Push with ₹684 Crore Projects Launch
During the event, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for 201 development projects valued at over ₹684 crore in Sant Kabir Nagar. Addressing the gathering, he emphasized the state's progress across critical sectors including employment generation, public healthcare expansion, regional infrastructure, and administrative law enforcement.
Sharp Rebuke on Youth Employment and Educational Growth
Addressing the opposition's criticism regarding job creation, the Chief Minister underscored the expansion of national educational infrastructure and startup ecosystems. He targeted Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav directly, stating that their statements on youth opportunities often sound ridiculous and out of touch with real Skill India initiatives. He highlighted the rapid increase in tier-one institutes across the country, including new IITs, IIMs, IIITs, AIIMS, and specialized vocational training centers designed to make youth self-reliant.
Elimination of Encephalitis in Purvanchal Region
Reflecting on past public health crises in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, CM Yogi pointed out that districts such as Sant Kabir Nagar, Gorakhpur, Basti, Kushinagar, Deoria, Gonda, and Balrampur were historically devastated by encephalitis every year. He noted that previous governments failed to offer permanent medical solutions, whereas the current administration successfully eradicated the disease through targeted health drives and sanitation programs.
Strict Security Policies and Public Welfare Outreach
Highlighting improvements in state security, the Chief Minister asserted that religious festivals, Ram Navami processions, and Durga Puja celebrations are now conducted peacefully without atmosphere of fear. On administrative transparency, CM Yogi reiterated a zero-tolerance policy against corruption, warning that any interference in recruitment processes would lead to immediate property confiscation. He concluded by listing the widespread distribution of central and state welfare benefits, including Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana homes, sanitary facilities, Kisan Samman Nidhi transfers, and social security pensions across Sant Kabir Nagar.
