NASA has not said anything clearly about what this thing is. Its picture has been taken by NASA's Mars Rover Perseverance. This skull-shaped rock was present on the Jezero Crater rim. This skull-shaped rock has been named Skull Hill.
NASA said that the area around it is light colored and dusty, while Skull Hill is very dark in color and is covered with small craters. NASA does not yet know how this rock may have originated.

- However, it is also believed that the pits on Skull Hill may have been formed due to erosion or wind. It is also believed that this rock may have broken and fallen here after a meteorite hit it. Earlier, NASA has found some similar rocks from meteorites, whose color was like that of Skull Hill.
