New Delhi: Since 2017, oil marketing companies update petrol and diesel prices every day at 6 am. There has been no change in their prices for the last few months. In March 2024, the government had cut the price of petrol and diesel. Recently, rating agency CLSA said that petrol and diesel prices may come down after October 5, 2024. No official information has come about this yet. 

The price of petrol and diesel is different in all cities. In such a situation, the driver must check what is the latest rate and what is the price in which city.

The price of one litre petrol in Delhi is Rs 94.76 and the price of diesel is Rs 87.66 per litre.

In Mumbai, the price of petrol is ₹ 103.43 per litre and diesel is priced at ₹ 89.95 per litre.

In Kolkata, the price of petrol is ₹ 104.93 per litre and diesel is ₹ 91.75 per litre.

The price of petrol in Chennai is Rs 100.73 per liter and the price of diesel is Rs 92.32 per liter.
