Eternal Limited, (Zomato Limited) has set the stage for shareholder decisions with postal ballot. Eternal (formerly Zomato) has announced the e-voting facility for important proposals. This initiative allows shareholders to participate in key corporate decisions through remote e-voting. Shareholders are encouraged to use the e-voting facility to express their views on the matters mentioned in the postal ballot notice. Earlier, Eternal Limited, formerly known as Zomato Limited, has announced that its board has approved a proposal to limit the total foreign ownership in the company's equity instruments to 49.5 per cent on a fully diluted basis. On Thursday, the company's stock closed at Rs 214.55 with a gain of 2.35 per cent. In the last one year, the company's stock has seen a gain of 10.96 per cent.
