Salman has a serious injury in his ribs

During this, Salman Khan told them- be careful brothers, two ribs are broken. In this way, Salman himself has revealed about his injury and told why he was seen groaning in pain. However, he did not give any information about how he got this injury. 

But it is being speculated that Salman suffered this injury while shooting the action sequence of his upcoming film Sikandar, due to which he got injured. 

Salman's return in Bigg Boss 18
