
Ujaas Energy informed in an exchange filing on Saturday that the company's board has approved a bonus issue of 17 shares for every 25 shares. The company said that the board considered and recommended the bonus issue in the ratio of 17:25. Bonus issue in the ratio of 17:25 means that for every 25 shares already held by the shareholder, he will get 17 additional bonus shares at no cost.
Earlier, in the information sent to the stock market, the company had said that their board meeting is going to be held on 19 April 2025 in which the board will consider the proposal of bonus shares. According to the company, the consideration of bonus shares is related to meeting the minimum public shareholding rules.
