
News Topical, Digital Desk : BJP Action On Atul Chaurasia: The party has now taken strict action against former BJP Mandal President Atul Chaurasia who was arrested in a sex racket in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. BJP has expelled Chaurasia from the party. BJP said that this has tarnished the image of the party, hence action has been taken against him.
BJP said that as per the instructions of state president and MP Vishnu Dutt Sharma, BJP district president Ratnesh Sonkar has expelled former Mandal president Atul Chaurasia from the primary membership of Bharatiya Janata Party.
District President Ratnesh Sonkar issued a letter and said, "Due to the involvement of former Mandal President of Bharatiya Janata Party Atul Chaurasia in a criminal case and criminal case being registered against him, the image of the party has been tarnished and this comes under the purview of indiscipline, hence Atul Chaurasia has been expelled from the primary membership of the party with immediate effect by the organization."
