Mohit Pandey Death: The case of businessman Mohit Pandey's death in police custody in the capital Lucknow is hot. CM Yogi Adityanath also met the victim's family today and assured them of justice. Meanwhile, the accused named Adesh is in the headlines with whom Mohit Pandey had a dispute, after which the police took Mohit to the police station. 

Mohit's friend Rahul Singh has made big claims about Aadesh. Rahul said that Aadesh is connected to BJP MLA Ajay Singh from Gonda. He said that Aadesh used to work for the deceased Mohit. He used to do the work of supplying goods. If there was an order from somewhere, he was sent to supply the goods.  

There was a dispute regarding transactions with Aadesh.
Rahul said that there was a small matter going on between the two regarding transactions. This dispute was not so big, such things often happen in work. He said that Aadesh had told that he is close to BJP MLA Ajay Singh from Gonda. Aadesh's uncle works as a contractor for BJP MLA Ajay Singh and on whose orders was Mohit Pandey kept in the police station illegally from 11 pm to 1 pm the next day. 

He claimed that in CCTV footage, Aadesh and his uncle can be seen roaming outside while Mohit was locked in the lockup. He was beaten up. He kept asking for water but he was not even given water. After which he died. 

Mohit's brother-in-law said that when he went to rescue Mohit on Friday night, the police did not listen to him. Adesh's uncle said that do not know my identity. If you know my identity, then you will get into trouble. He said that until Adesh is not arrested, no one will know about Adesh's uncle and Adesh had also told that Adesh's uncle is related to an MLA. Mohit was beaten up on uncle's phone.
