New Delhi: Vivo is currently working on the Vivo V50 series as the Vivo V40 successor. Many details about this series have been revealed before the launch. Recently, Vivo S20 has been spotted on China certification, which can later be introduced in India under the V branding. This phone has been listed on the certification with the model number V2429A. Along with this, details of some features have also been revealed here.
Most of the features in it will be the same as those given in the previous Vivo V40. However, there may be some upgrades in terms of camera and design. The report has revealed that the smartphone will support 90W fast charging. Which is an upgrade from the Vivo S19 launched in May this year. It had support for 80W charging.
Vivo S20 Specifications (Expected)
The certification revealed that it may come with a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen that offers 1.5K resolution. The device may feature a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and up to 16GB of RAM. The phone may come with up to 1TB of storage in China.
The Vivo S20 is likely to pack a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. It may feature a 50-megapixel selfie camera on the front and a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual-camera system on the back.
The Vivo S20 is likely to run on OriginOS 5 based Android 15. It is expected to have features like IR blaster and in-screen fingerprint scanner.

Keep in mind, Vivo S20 has been spotted on China certification. Which will be launched in China. Usually Vivo launches the S series in other markets under the V branding. In such a situation, it is expected that S20 will be brought to India as Vivo V50 series with many upgraded features. Its price will also be higher than the previous series.
