Review why the applications of the common man are pending and fix accountability and inform the report to your senior officer. He said that every district is being reviewed every day at the government level. The activities of all the officers are being directly monitored.

While giving instructions on rail
accidents, he said, 'In the last few days, there have been indications of a conspiracy to damage the railway tracks or cause a rail accident. Some people have also been caught. This is a very serious matter. Zone and range level police officers should maintain constant contact with the GRP and RPF forces of their area. Increase intelligence and take strict action against every unruly element involved in this big conspiracy.'

He said that no compromise is acceptable on the safety of mothers, sisters and daughters. Immediate action should be taken on information of love jihad, chain snatching, eve teasing. Keep women police beat officers active. Continue patrolling. Accountability should be fixed for such incidents from the beat constable to the Deputy SP. Every district is being reviewed every day at the government level. Every incident in the districts, every officer's activity is being monitored. Similar efforts should be made by zone and range level officers in their areas of charge. The Police Commissioner should give a report of his commissionerate to the DGP every day.

The complainant should be heard
He said that whether it is the application received in IGRS or the complainants reaching CM Helpline or police station/tehsil/development block, everyone should be heard. Understand the state of mind of the victim/troubled person, respect his feelings and the solution should be found with full sensitivity. The satisfaction of the complainant and his feedback will be the standard of performance of the officers. Applications related to public complaints/problems have to be resolved satisfactorily. Disciplinary action is sure to be taken against those filing false or misleading reports.

He said that in recent times, incidents of collapse of dilapidated buildings have occurred at many places. Municipal bodies and development authorities should run campaigns to mark sensitive buildings in their areas and motivate people to move to safer places.
