Sultanpur encounter: Now there will be a magistrate inquiry in the Mangesh Yadav encounter case in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Sultanpur District Magistrate Kritik Jyotsna has given the order for the investigation. Labhua SDM Vidushi Singh will investigate the case. The DM has directed the SDM to complete the investigation in 15 days. Let us tell you that after this encounter, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav had raised questions.

Actually, the whole case is that Mangesh Yadav of Jaunpur, who had a bounty of one lakh rupees on his head, was also involved in the robbery at the jeweler Bharat ji Soni's place in Thatheri Bazar of Sultanpur Kotwali Nagar on August 28. On September 5, the STF killed Mangesh Yadav in an encounter in the Dehat Kotwali police station area. After this encounter, the STF also arrested three accused. A police team has been formed to arrest other criminals.

Akhilesh Yadav had called it a fake encounter

Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav had raised questions on the police encounter of Mangesh Yadav, accused of robbery in Sultanpur. He wrote on his social media site X- When the main accused has surrendered, then all the looted goods should also be returned in full and the government should provide compensation separately because the mental trauma caused by such incidents takes a lot of time to recover from, which leads to loss of business, which should be compensated by the government.

Five people carried out the robbery

A police officer said that the shop is located in the residence of bullion trader Bharat ji Soni and around 12 noon, five people riding two motorcycles entered the shop. He said that out of the five miscreants who entered the shop, three were wearing helmets while one person had covered his face with a towel and one had wrapped a towel around his head.

The officer said that two criminals wearing helmets held the shopkeeper and his son at gunpoint and three criminals stuffed the jewellery and cash in a bag. He said that the criminals emptied the shop in 10 minutes and fled on a motorcycle.
