United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has condemned the incident and said he stands with the victims' families and the Russian government.

America condemned the incident

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has condemned the incident and expressed condolences to the victims. America has appealed to Russia to exercise restraint. The European Union (EU) has condemned the terrorist attack and expressed condolences to the victims. That said, the EU condemns attacks on innocent civilians everywhere in the world.

Britain expressed condolences

Britain has strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Russia and expressed condolences to the families of the victims. Said that no one can justify such an attack. Foreign Minister David Cameron has expressed Britain's condolences on the incident.

Japan condemned the incident

Japan's Foreign Ministry has condemned the attack on civilians in Moscow and expressed condolences to the victims. It is noteworthy that Britain and Japan are supporting Ukraine which is fighting a war with Russia, giving it economic and military assistance.

These countries also expressed grief over the incident

Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Senel condemned the attack and prayed to God to give the victims strength to deal with their grief. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has condemned the attack on innocent people and pledged to stand with Russia in its time of trouble.

Apart from this, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Qatar, and Nicaragua have also condemned the attack and expressed condolences to the victims.
