UP News: Due to the rain in UP for the last several days, the water level of all the rivers of UP has increased, due to which the situation has worsened due to floods in the lower areas. Many people have lost their lives due to rain and lightning. Seeing the situation, CM Yogi Adityanath has immediately given instructions to deploy SDRF and NDRF in these areas. Along with this, he has asked to provide relief to the victims as soon as possible. 

Due to the continuous rain in UP, 11 districts of the state are affected by floods these days. After which people have been shifted to other places. In these, water has filled the low lying areas of many districts including Agra, Mathura, Etawah, Bulandshahr, Amroha. So far 17 people have lost their lives due to floods and rain.  

 

CM Yogi gave instructions for help
In this regard, CM Yogi Adityanath held a high-level meeting at his official residence in Lucknow on Friday, in which he expressed concern about the flood. At this meeting, it was told that 'out of 37 districts affected by the flood so far, currently 11 districts are affected by the flood. So far 17 people have died due to the flood. Relief amount of ₹4 lakh each has been provided to the families of the deceased. So far, relief amount has been provided to 30 affected people in relation to the loss of 30 animals. So far 3,056 houses have been damaged. Relief assistance has been distributed in relation to these. 

 

 

 

CM Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to deploy NDRF, SDRF and PAC teams as per the requirement in the flood affected areas. During this, he has expressed deep condolences on the loss of lives due to heavy rains and lightning in the state. Along with giving instructions to immediately distribute the permissible relief amount of ₹ 04-04 lakh to the families of the deceased, he has also given instructions to provide proper treatment to the injured in the disasters.
