Trayodashi Tithi of Krishna and Shukla Paksha of every month is dedicated to Mahadev. Pradosh Vrat (Pradosh Vrat 2024) is considered auspicious to get the blessings of the entire Shiva family. On this day, it is customary to do Puja in the evening. Life can be made happy by offering many special things on Shivling (Shivling Puja) during worship. It is a religious belief that by doing this, the seeker gets all the happiness in life.

Pradosh fast auspicious time

The Trayodashi (Pradosh Vrat 2024 Shubh Muhurat) date of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month will start on August 15 at 01:42 am and will end on September 16 at 12:19 am. On Trayodashi Tithi, Lord Shiva is worshipped during Pradosh Kaal. In such a situation, Ravi Pradosh Vrat will be observed on September 15.

Offer these things on Shivling

• On the day of Pradosh Vrat, worship Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati in the evening and offer sugarcane juice and jaggery on Shivling (Shivling Puja Vidhi). It is believed that by offering these things on Shivling, the person never faces shortage of money in life and by offering cloves on Shivling, the pending work gets completed.
• Apart from this, offering wheat and rice on Shivling during the puja is considered extremely auspicious. This increases happiness and prosperity in life and one attains all the happiness.
• If you want to get your desired life partner, then on the day of Pradosh Vrat, mix Gangajal in water and perform Abhishek of Shivling and pray to God to get your desired groom. It is believed that by doing this, you get your desired life partner and chances of marriage are created soon.
• Pradosh Vrat is considered to be the best to get rid of debt problems. On Trayodashi Tithi, mix rice in water and offer it to Shivalinga. This helps in getting rid of debt problems and creates chances of monetary gains.
