The miscreants robbed the youth of the cash at gunpoint and fled. After this, the victim immediately informed the police about the incident.

Actually, on Rura Shivli Road in Kanpur Dehat district, a young man who was going to the bank after collecting money from three liquor shops was stopped by some criminals in a car.
Before the young man could think of anything, the miscreants showed him a gun on the road and looted Rs 1 lakh 80 thousand cash and fled. After this incident, the victim immediately informed the police. The police also became active as soon as the information about the robbery was received.
The police surrounded the criminals. However, before the police could catch them, they abandoned the car and fled from the spot. The victim, Amit Sharma, said that he was going to deposit the cash collected from liquor shops in the bank, when the criminals who were already waiting in ambush stopped him on the road after walking some distance.
Victim Amit Sharma said that the miscreants stopped him in the middle of the road and showed him a gun, which scared him. After this, they fled with all the money, while leaving the miscreants also hit him on the head with the butt of the gun.
A team was formed to catch the miscreants.
Additional Superintendent of Police of Kanpur Dehat Rajesh Pandey said that after the incident, the information police became active and started searching for the robbers. The police immediately alerted all the nearby police stations through wireless and formed a team to search for the robbers who were fleeing in a white car.
Additional Superintendent of Police Rajesh Pandey said that the robbers could not cross the border of Kanpur Dehat when the police surrounded them. Seeing the threat from the police, the criminals fled leaving the car on the spot. The police is searching for the criminals on the basis of their car. He assured that the criminals will be arrested as soon as possible and sent behind bars.
