King Khan has hosted the IIFA Awards after a long time. He not only made the ceremony more special with his hosting, but also won the Best Actor award for the film 'Jawaan'. After winning this award, King Khan got emotional and said that the film Jawaan is very special for him. He said that while this film was under development, he and his family faced some tough times, but this award for the same film has taken all the worries away.

Shah Rukh said that he is happy to be back on this stage. There was some turmoil in his life during the making of the film Jawaan. He is very happy to receive this award.

'Gauri is the only wife who spends more money on her husband'

Along with this, Shah Rukh also thanked Gauri, who is the producer of the film Jawaan. King Khan jokingly said, "She (Gauri) must be the only wife who spends more money on her husband than on her husband. I am grateful to her for this patience, goodwill and humility."
