According to the Panchang, this time the Dashami Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Ashwin month will start on October 12 at 10:58 am. At the same time, it will end the next day i.e. on October 13 at 09:08 am. In such a situation, the festival of Dussehra will be celebrated on October 12. The time for afternoon worship is from 01:17 pm to 03:35 pm. The auspicious time for Ravana Dahan is as follows-

Ravana Dahan is done in Vijay Muhurat. On this day, Vijay Muhurat is from 02:03 pm to 02:49 pm. You can burn Ravana during this time.

Importance of Vijayadashami (Dussehra 2024 Importance)

In Sanatan Dharma, the day of Dussehra is considered to be very auspicious. On this day, Lord Rama had established Dharma over Adharma by burning Ravana.
