Supreme India has announced the results of the second quarter of the current financial year. The company has also announced a dividend along with the quarterly results. The company has given information about this dividend in the exchange filing.
According to the exchange filing, the company has approved the un-audited financial results (both consolidated and standalone) for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024. The company has announced an interim dividend of Rs 10.
The company has announced a 500% dividend on shares of face value of Rs 2 per share. The exchange filing said that "As informed on October 14, 2024, the Company has fixed Wednesday, October 30, 2024 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend."
So far, the company has announced dividends to investors more than 36 times. Earlier, the company had given the highest dividend of Rs 22 till date. Earlier, the company had given dividend on 21 June 2024.
It has announced a dividend of Rs 8 on November 07, 2023, Rs 20 on June 21, 2023, and Rs 6 per share on November 07, 2022.
