Dabur company has announced the second quarter results for the current financial year. The company has informed that the board has approved dividend for investors.
According to the exchange filing, along with the results, the board of Dabur has announced a dividend of Rs 2.75 per share for the investors.
According to the exchange filing, "In accordance with Regulations 30 and 43 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has declared a dividend of Rs 2.75 per equity share of face value of Rs 1 each for the financial year 2024-2025. The Company has decided to declare a dividend of 275 per cent."
According to the exchange, "In accordance with Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the company has already informed the stock exchanges through its letter dated October 16, 2024 that the record date of November 08, 2024 has been fixed." The company said that the dividend amount will be credited to the investors' account by November 22, 2024.
If we look at the dividend history of the company, dividend has been given to investors 40 times so far. Earlier, the company had given a dividend of Rs 2.75 on 19 July 2024, Rs 2.75 on 10 November 2023, and Rs 2.70 on 21 July 2023.
