Mangesh Yadav News: Politics has intensified in the case of Mangesh Yadav's encounter in the robbery of a bullion trader in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh. While Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav alleged that action is being taken on the basis of caste, Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati has accused SP and Bharatiya Janata Party of doing politics in this matter. On the other hand, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that whenever action is taken against criminals, SP gets irritated. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said on this matter that in BJP-ruled states, the 'law and constitution' are being violated by those who have the responsibility to enforce them.
Akhilesh spoke first
Kannauj MP Akhilesh Yadav was the first to register his protest on this matter. He alleged that the administration is taking action based on caste. He wrote that it seems that the ruling party had deep connections with the people involved in the Sultanpur robbery, that is why before the fake encounter, the 'main accused' was contacted and made to surrender and other people from the opposition were shot at the feet for show and killed based on their 'caste'.
Akhilesh had written- When the main accused has surrendered, then all the looted goods should be returned and the government should give compensation separately because the mental trauma caused by such incidents takes a lot of time to recover from, which leads to loss of business, which should be compensated by the government.
The SP chief wrote- Fake encounters turn protectors into predators. The solution is not fake encounters, but real law and order. BJP rule is the Amritkaal of criminals. Till the public pressure and anger does not reach its peak, the work of sharing in the loot continues and when it seems that the public will surround them, then fake encounters are shown as a superficial balm. The public understands how some people are saved and how others are trapped. Highly condemnable!
After this, the SP leader wrote that a person was picked up two days ago and shot dead in the name of an encounter. Now pressure is being exerted on him to change his medical report. The Supreme Court should immediately take cognizance of this serious administrative crime before the evidence is destroyed.
Sharing the video of Mangesh Yadav's family, Akhilesh wrote - On the basis of the testimony of this girl's tears, it is a very humble request to the honorable court and the Human Rights Commission to take immediate action. It is also requested to the 'conscience' of the rulers and their supporters and the officials of the BJP government involved in illegal acts that if they have a heart left in them and even a little sensitivity left, then they should also consider the pain of this girl as the pain of any girl of their family and take cognizance of this tearful sorrow and lamentation.
What did Rae Bareli MP Rahul Gandhi say?
On this matter, Rae Bareli MP Rahul Gandhi wrote - In BJP ruled states, the 'law and constitution' are being violated by those who have the responsibility to enforce them. The encounter of Mangesh Yadav in Sultanpur has once again proved that the BJP does not believe in the 'Rule of Law'. The tears of Mangesh's family are asking the whole country - who will live and who will not, will the court decide this or the police? Professional forces like STF are being run like a 'criminal gang' in the BJP government, on which the silence of the central government is their clear consent to this 'Thoko Niti'.
Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi wrote- Dozens of encounters of UP STF are under question. Has any action been taken against any of those officers till date? Who is protecting them and why? Embracing the Constitution in front of cameras is just a pretense when your own governments are openly flouting it. All the suspicious encounters in Uttar Pradesh should be investigated impartially and justice should be done. The blood stains on the uniform should be cleaned.
Mayawati surrounded SP BJP
Former UP CM Mayawati said that after the encounter incident in Sultanpur district of UP, BJP and SP are accusing each other about law and order and coercive politics is being done in the name of crime, criminals and caste, while in this case both of them are like thieves and cousins. That is, like BJP, the law and order situation was many times worse in SP government. People have not forgotten that SP's goons and mafia used to rob and beat Dalits, other backward classes, poor and traders etc. in broad daylight. Former MP wrote- Whereas in Uttar Pradesh, in reality, "rule of law by law" has been there only under BSP rule. People were given justice without any discrimination on the basis of caste and religion. There were no fake encounters etc. Therefore, everyone should be cautious about the drama of lawful rule of BJP and SP.
Chandrashekhar made a demand to the Supreme Court
On the other hand, Nagina MP and Azad Samaj Party leader Chandrashekhar Azad said that the question raised by the mother of the accused on the encounter of Mangesh Yadav, a resident of Jaunpur, accused in the case of "bulk trader robbery" in Sultanpur (the police picked him up from home on the night of September on the pretext of interrogation and shot him dead on the third day) is a matter of concern. Encounter has become a means of administrative murder. Administrative murder is also the murder of the fundamental right of "freedom of life" granted in Article 21 of the Indian Constitution. I request the Supreme Court to take cognizance of the matter and conduct a high-level judicial inquiry.
The Chief Minister replied to everyone!
Amidst all this, while defending the attacks on the police and the government, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that when a dacoit is killed in a police encounter, the Samajwadi Party feels bad. If someone tries to defy the law, the government will finish him off. He alleged that if the people of the Samajwadi Party get an opportunity, then dacoity and looting will start again. There will be disruptions in festivals and celebrations.
