Bihar News: Assembly elections are going to be held in Bihar and JDU has made a new plan to surround RJD. CM Nitish Kumar's party JDU will now ask RJD five questions daily regarding women empowerment. It was started on Tuesday (April 01, 2025). On the first day, JDU asked RJD five questions related to women's education and expressed confidence that the opposition will definitely answer it.
Addressing a press conference organised at the JDU state office, party spokesperson Anjum Ara said that during the RJD rule in Bihar from 1990 to 2005, women's rights were a far cry, their voices were also ruthlessly suppressed. Five questions will be asked from RJD every day on all these issues.
JDU asked these questions on the first day
Anjum Ara asked what was done during the RJD regime for women empowerment and equality, the rights that the Constitution has given to women? She first asked that when Chief Minister Nitish Kumar started the Chief Minister's Cycle Scheme and Poshak Scheme in 2006, a huge increase was seen in the number of girls. Why was no such initiative taken during the RJD regime?
The JDU spokesperson further asked what was the role of the RJD government in increasing the number of colleges, hostels and other facilities for girl students for higher education of girls in Bihar? Why was the idea of providing financial assistance to girls for higher education after completing intermediate or graduation not considered during the RJD regime?
Another question asked, "Why were no schemes launched during the RJD rule from 1990 to 2005 to encourage or prepare women for competitive exams like civil services? Chief Minister Nitish Kumar demolished such ideas by launching such schemes."
In the fifth and final question, he asked why no plan was made to make women self-reliant during the RJD regime? He expressed confidence that RJD will definitely answer all these questions. By starting such a mission, JDU has somehow increased the tension of Tejashwi Yadav.
