Basti News: The mortality rate of patients coming to the District Hospital and Women's District Hospital in Basti, Uttar Pradesh has increased in the last few days, due to which there has been a stir. Despite all the modern facilities, the death toll in government hospitals has increased. This is the situation when the Health Minister has given strict guidelines to improve the arrangements. But the reality seems to be something else. 

Serious questions are being raised about the health system of the state, but CMO Rama Shankar Dubey from Basti is claiming something else. He says that such good facilities are being provided here that patients are coming from other districts as well. Due to more patients, the death rate has also increased.

Basti's chief medical officer said that such good facilities are being provided in government hospitals that patients from far flung areas are also coming here for treatment. In the last few days, the number of patients coming to hospitals has also increased. He said that when the number of patients is increasing, the death toll will also increase. 

The CMO said that if we look at the statistics of the last two months in the district hospital and women's hospital, the mortality rate of patients coming for treatment is quite high. But it should also be noted that the trust of common patients has now increased in government hospitals. Due to which patients are turning towards government hospitals. Along with this, more such patients also come to the government hospital who have given up after getting treatment in private hospitals and their condition is critical. 

CM made a big disclosure
CMO made a big disclosure that there are five such doctors in Basti who were missing for not just one or two but many years, about whom the health department had no information. But they were all working on paper. The government has also been informed about such doctors so that the people of the state can get better facilities. The government is working in this direction. 

He claimed that he tries to ensure that no patient faces any problem. All their problems are resolved timely and in the right manner and as soon as he receives a complaint from a patient, he takes immediate action on it. In Basti district, every effort is being made to provide good facilities to the patients in all government hospitals, which includes medicines, lab tests and OPD arrangements.
