Nyay Yatra: Congress is trying to expose the promises, assurances and claims of Aam Aadmi Party through the padyatra. In view of the upcoming assembly elections, Delhi Congress is seen making every effort.

On the 11th day of Nyay Yatra, Delhi Pradesh Congress President Devendra Yadav and Mahila Congress President Alka Lamba reached 60 Foota Road in Vishwas Nagar where the yatra was taken out. As it was the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, today women led the yatra, while men were seen supporting the yatra behind the women.

After the success of Bharat Jodo Yatra, in view of the assembly elections in Delhi, the state Congress has started Nyay Yatra in Delhi from November 8. The Yatra started from Rajghat. There will be four phases in this one month long Yatra. Today, the third phase of the Yatra was also completed by reaching Vishwas Nagar.

During the yatra, the party is trying to understand the issues of the common people by interacting with them and is hoping that it will benefit them in the elections. This yatra has started with the aim of visiting all 70 assembly constituencies and 250 MCD wards and till now it has completed more than half of the journey. The first phase started from Chandni Chowk in 16 assembly constituencies and continued till November 13. The second phase is going on in 18 assembly constituencies from November 15 to 20.

During the third phase of the Yatra which reached Vishwas Nagar, Delhi Pradesh Congress President Devendra Yadav told ABP News in an exclusive interview that today is the 11th day of our Yatra. We have reached Vishwas Nagar today and while passing through different assembly constituencies of Delhi, we are listening to the sufferings of the people. Today's Yatra is dedicated to women on the occasion of Indira Gandhi's birthday. According to NCRB data, cases of harassment of women have increased. Out of 19 metropolitan cities, 30% of these crimes are being reported from Delhi.

On the question of using a rattle in the picture, Devendra Yadav said that for the last 11 years, the people of Delhi had a lot of expectations from the Aam Aadmi Party. Before coming to power, they had shown many dreams, made promises but today after 11 years, none of the promises made to the people of Delhi have been fulfilled. On all issues like unemployment, corruption, inflation, pension, ration cards not being given to the poor, the people of Delhi have only got a rattle.

ABP News has also spoken to Mahila Congress President Alka Lamba, who is gathering a large number of women. Alka Lamba says, "Rahul Gandhi has given us a lot of practice of padyatra (foot march) through Bharat Jodo Yatra, so now no matter how long the journey is, we do not get tired."

Taking a dig, Alka Lamba said, "Just like Bharat Jodo Yatra, Nyay Yatra is going on in Delhi today. Today, populated Delhi, green Delhi, seems to be getting ruined. Aam Aadmi Party and Bharatiya Janata Party, both these ruling parties should be ashamed. If there is any morality left, then both the parties should apologize to Delhi. An 8-year-old child has become 18 years old, what has Kejriwal ji given to that child? Delhi has become a city of liquor shops. AAP people compare themselves with Bhagat Singh but forget that they have gone to jail for corruption."

The last phase of Delhi Nyay Yatra will end on 4th December at Timarpur Vidhansabha where the last yatra will be organised.
