News Topical, Digital Desk : Telecom infrastructure sector company Indus Tower Limited on Sunday, July 20, 2025 said that it will hold its board meeting for the April-June quarter (Q1) of the financial year 2025-26 on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. The company said in the information given to BSE, "The board meeting will be held on July 30, 2025, in which the standalone and consolidated results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025 will be considered and approved."

Indus Towers' Q1 results will be released after the board meeting on July 30, 2025. The trading window for the company's shares will remain closed till Friday, August 1, 2025.

Results of the previous quarter (Q4 FY25)
In January-March 2025 (Q4 FY25), Indus Towers' net profit declined 4% to Rs 1,779 crore from Rs 1,853 crore in the same quarter last year. However, operating income grew 7.4% to Rs 7,721 crore from Rs 7,193 crore in the same period last year. Indus Towers Managing Director and CEO Prachur Shah said after the results that the financial year 2025 was great for us. We achieved our highest tower and co-location additions and received a large share of customer rollout plans. In addition, the acquisition of a significant tower portfolio helped further accelerate our growth." 

Indus Towers: Stock Performance Last Week On Friday, July 18, 2025, Indus Towers stock closed 0.71% lower at Rs 403.30, down from Rs 406.20 in the previous session. The company announced the date of Q1 results on Sunday. Indus Towers shares have given investors a return of 105% in the last five years. However, the stock has fallen 4.37% in the last one year. The stock has gained 17.25% so far in 2025. But it is trading slightly lower in the last five trading sessions. According to BSE data, the stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 460.70 on September 2, 2025 and a low of Rs 312.65 on March 3, 2025. Friday, July 18 The company's market capitalization as of 2025 was more than Rs 1.06 lakh crore.
