Greater Noida is all set to emerge as a powerhouse for green technology as the prestigious India Bioenergy and Tech Expo 2026 prepares to kick off at the India Expo Mart. Scheduled to run from August 11 to August 13, the three-day international mega-event will witness a high-profile visit from Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on August 12. With global delegations, industry leaders, and policymakers converging on the region, the local district administration has stepped up security, traffic management, and logistical preparations to ensure a flawless global summit.

High-Level Administrative Review for CM Yogi's Visit

To oversee the massive arrangements for the Chief Minister's upcoming visit and the international expo, District Magistrate Medha Rupam chaired a comprehensive review meeting at the India Expo Mart on Thursday. The detailed security and administrative audit covered every critical aspect, including traffic diversion plans, designated parking zones, round-the-clock electricity supply, clean drinking water availability, rigorous sanitation drives, advanced firefighting equipment, emergency medical care, and overall law and order enforcement.

District officials have been strictly instructed to complete all infrastructural and security preparations well within the stipulated timeframe without any room for negligence. Given the global scale of the event, proper protocols are being enforced to ensure seamless movement for thousands of domestic and international dignitaries.

• Day One (Inauguration and Policy Dialogues): The opening day features the grand inauguration of the international exhibition, followed by high-level technical and policy sessions addressing the future roadmap of the bioenergy sector.

• Day Two (High-Level Summits and CEO Roundtables): August 12 will feature critical deliberations including a CEO Roundtable, a Special Session of State Governments, and extensive panels on Investment and Industry Collaboration. Key futuristic technologies such as Green Hydrogen, Compressed Biogas (CBG), Ethanol, Biodiesel, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), Waste-to-Energy, Biomass, Carbon Markets, Financing, and Next-Gen Technologies will take center stage.
