• Avoiding the Invites: Highlighting that prominent opposition figures were formally invited to both the foundation stone laying and the consecration ceremonies, CM Yogi asserted they stayed away because they feared it would cost them their signature political identity.

• Vote-Bank Apprehensions: "They felt that if they went to Ayodhya, their net caps might fall off," the Chief Minister remarked sharply, adding that their actions were driven entirely by appeasement politics rather than genuine conviction.

• Historical Obstruction: Recalling decades of legal battles, CM Yogi stated that Congress, the Samajwadi Party, and left-wing factions repeatedly placed hurdles in the path of the Ram Temple resolution, questioning Lord Rama's very existence in past affidavits before court rulings favored the Hindu society.

Warning Against "Kaal-Nemi" Impostors and Fake Devotees

Addressing dedicated volunteers of the Bajrang Dal and VHP, the Chief Minister urged absolute vigilance against political opportunism:

• Sudden Devotion: Referring to parties that once opposed temple construction and whose previous regimes ordered firing on kar sevaks, CM Yogi noted that these same entities are now occasionally attempting to portray themselves as devotees of Lord Rama.

• The "Kaal-Nemi" Metaphor: Using mythological symbolism, the Chief Minister warned workers to guard against covert adversaries—likening them to the deceptive character Kaal-Nemi—who may infiltrate nationalist movements under the guise of well-wishers to spread confusion and division.

• Protecting the Movement's Legacy: He emphasized that the ideological victory achieved through the grand temple must be safeguarded against insidious political conspiracies designed to defame grassroots workers.
