Educational Qualifications: Engineering streams require a BE or B.Tech degree from an AICTE-recognized institution. Computer & IT applicants require a B.Tech, MCA, or a 2-year PG Diploma. Finance positions require a graduation degree with CA/ICWA or a B.Tech coupled with an MBA (Finance). HR roles require graduation followed by a 2-year PG degree, diploma, or MBA in Human Resources.

Age Relaxations: Upper age limits are relaxed in line with central government norms—up to 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 5 years for SC/ST applicants, and up to 10 years for departmental candidates.
Lucrative Salary, Training Period, and Pay Scale
Selected candidates will embark on their corporate journey through a rigorous six-month training period. During this training phase, trainees will receive a starting basic pay of ₹50,000 per month along with applicable Dearness Allowance (DA). Upon the successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed into regular service as Assistant Managers in the E-2 grade, entering a robust pay scale ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹1,800,000 per month. Selection Procedure: The multi-stage selection framework comprises a Computer-Based Test (CBT) carrying 70% weightage, followed by a Group Discussion (GD) with 15% weightage, and a Personal Interview accounting for the final 15% weightage.
