US-China relations escalate, Dragon imposes sanctions on 10 US military companies

Meanwhile, the Treasury Department said government agencies would be denied government contracts for products made by 46 U.S. Firms including Lockheed Martin Corp and Raytheon Missiles & Defense. Earlier in the month, the U.S. Department of Defense declared, several technology companies that include Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. And Baidu Inc. Were part of a list that it claims is connected to the Chinese military. Chinese Internet giant Baidu stated this claim about its belonging to military is without any basis and that it will block it from taking contracts with the U.S. Army.
